Who are you? You have to answer that question in this step, setup account for Ubuntu desktop system. Type your full name, account name to be used as login, and your account password. Remember to type the same password twice. Write down the account login name and password if you want. You can change the name for your system if you don't like it.

The next step would be different if you have Windows in your system. You'll have an option to copy some windows files in Windows Documents and Settings. However you will be seeing a system setup summary if don't have Windows in your system.
