How to import address book in Outlook Express
If you want to import your internet email address book, you can send your address book as an email attachment to your office email address.
This is an example on how to import address book using outlook express.
1. Start Ms Outlook Express by clicking Start --> All Programs --> Outlook Express. Open email that has the address book attachment. On the right side of the email, click on the attachment icon. Choose to Save Attachments...

2. Click on ‘Browse…’ and choose your location. In this example we are going to save our address book on the Desktop. Click 'Select All' and 'Save'.

3. On the Outlook express pane, click File menu. Choose Import --> Other Address Book...

4. On the Address Book Import Tool, choose ‘Text File (Comma Seperated Value)’ and click ‘Import’.

5. Now click ‘Browse’ to choose the ‘Address Book’ location as we did in step number 2. Choose your address book, as in this example is ‘alamat email terbaru.csv’.

6. Click Next and then Finish on the next pane.

7. Wait until the Address Book Import Tool finish importing your address book. Then you are done.
